Information entered into the app, including member profile information and pension-related information, is stored locally on your device and is used to provide the app's retirement planning and calculation features.
Document scanning
Pension statements or other documents selected for use with the app's scanning feature are processed for the purpose of extracting information used within the app. This information is not transmitted by the app to an external server or third-party service.
Retirement AI Assistant
The Retirement AI Assistant included in the app operates using the app's built-in retirement calculation and pension information system. User questions and pension information are not sent to an external artificial intelligence service.
Data sharing
FDNY Retirement Planner does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.
